3100 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3100 platform — including its sports betting, casino-style games, live dealer rooms, and payment features — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are located in the Philippines, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any service offered by 3100. 4. Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets are final once confirmed; you cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. 8. Limitation of Liability

3100 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 3100 shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from temporary service interruptions. 3100 is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, or third-party data errors. Players are responsible for ensuring their own internet connection is stable before placing bets, particularly for in-play markets where latency can affect bet acceptance. Our total liability in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction to which that claim relates.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

3100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or in violation of applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond unless disclosure would compromise the integrity of the investigation. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to a dispute or promotional restriction will be returned to the player through their registered payment method. Bonus balances and pending reward credits will be forfeited upon account closure for cause.
